Hopea 23/313 was born on the 19th of June as a twin with a birthweight of 5.9kg. He is sired by Hopea 20/S28 who is a high muscle animal with a moderate frame and is out of a top show ewe who won the pair of ewes class at Bendigo 2022 and also has a fantastic pedigree.
313 is a fantastic individual who carries himself well and is full of meat, he is upstanding and has a great hindquarter and twist. 313 has done very well at shows being shown at both Bendigo where he came third in the June class and Hamilton where he won the June class and then went on to be Reserve Champion Ram. He also led our group of three to reserve champion group in the interbreed. He has been genomics tested and his sire is DNA Verified, he is also free of spider syndrome. We haven't yet collected semen but reserve the right to collect at our cost and the purchasers convenience.

Hopea 23/317 was born on the 20th of June as a single with a birthweight of 6.6kg. He is sired by Sayla Park 21/32 "Impact" who we purchased for $15,500 who is a high muscle animal with early maturity and is out Hopea 20/S29 who is a twin to our well proven stud sire Hopea 20/S28.
317 is a moderate framed, early maturing who has fantastic muscle, he is a shapey ram who is good on his feet and a has a great suffolk head. He shows great growth, weaning at 48kg averaging 490g a day. 317 has was shown at Hamilton where he was in our winning group of three rams who then went on to be third in the interbreed. He has been genomics tested and his sire is DNA Verified, he is also free of spider syndrome.

Hopea 23/453 was born on the 8th of August as a twin with a birthweight of 5.2kg. He is sired by Hopea 22/255 who was sold to Scottsburn Suffolks. His dam is a proven Oakwood ewe who has three daughters kept in the stud and again had triplets this year. His twin brother is also in the show team.
453 is a smooth and flashy individual, he has a lovely carcase with great balance and fat cover, he is a spitting image of his sire. He also has a great set of data with low birthweight, high muscle and positive fat. 453 has also been shown at both Bendigo where he came 2nd to the champion in the August class and 2nd at Hamilton also in the August class.
